Construction project leads to A/C repair

Before making an offer on our new house, my partner plus I paid for a home inspection.

My associate and I also hired a licensed Heating plus A/C supplier to inspect the boiler, air conditioning plus duct system to be sure all components were in decadent shape.

My associate and I didn’t want to transfer in plus instantly need to replace the system or deal with a repair. The supplier verified the efficiency plus reliability of the heating plus cooling system. She assured us that the component should last for quite a few more years. Once we bought the house, my partner plus I instantly tackled remodeling projects. My associate and I tore up the ugly shag carpets plus were gleeful to find hardwood underneath. My associate and I sanded the floors down plus applied a protective sealant. My associate and I also replaced windows, appliances plus dining room cupboards plus countertops. My associate and I bought new light fixtures, painted plus insulated the attic. To prevent dust plus construction debris from entering the HVAC duct, we carefully clogged up the supply plus return vents. It took several months to complete all of the projects, then despite especially hot plus humid weather, we were unable to run the air conditioning. My associate and I opened windows plus ran electric fans to help cool things off plus provide ventilation, but the household was still warm plus sticky. My associate and I were happy to finally clean up, lower the thermostat plus start up the air conditioning. Within a month, we had a problem with the cooling system. It was running always but not putting out adequate air to achieve comfort. My associate and I weren’t gleeful about needing to call the Heating plus A/C supplier back for a repair. When she took the system apart, she found a significant buildup of construction debris.
