I have worried for years about my youngsters & how they would make it in this week’s economy… Our oldest, my daughter, regularly seemed to know what she wanted in life. She was certainly good when it came ot laboring with youngsters so it was no surprise when she became a professor. Our son, on the other hand, just didn’t seem motivated by much. He only wanted to rest in his room & play video games or go online, however if something wasn’t technology related he just wasn’t interested. He somehow made it through high university & then he was trying to find a task that would interest him & make him enough cash to live comfortably on his own. My hubby offered to take him to a giant task tolerable downtown one day & I hoped that something would spark his interest. College was the last thing on his mind so he was looking for something more hands on. I knew that the local trade university offered adult classes in fields like, electronics, plumbing, & even auto mechanics. They were gone for hours & when they finally returned our kid was really excited. He had spent a couple of hours talking with the owners of a local Heating & Air Conditioning companies, however he learned that current Heating & Air Conditioning systems have a computerized operating system that can be ran tests on using PCs & they can even be study remotely as they can link to the internet via Wi-Fi. He now wants to become a Heating & Air Conditioning service worker & is looking into a trade university to get his certification. He will be able to have a career that he loves & get paid well to do it also.
