It isn’t often that my adult children come plus spend the day with me.
I would appreciate to have them do so more often but with jobs plus kids of their own they have certainly hectic schedules, then last Monday when my child said he was coming over I was thrilled, but after that I distraught because he never calls first.
He said he wanted to make sure that both his dad plus I were going to be home, okay, now I was honestly distraught. My buddy and I waited nervously for him to arrive plus when he did I was relieved to see that he was in fantastic health. He abruptly told us that he had wanted us both house because he had a immense surprise for us. He then proceeded to tell us how grateful he was that my fantastic friend and I had consistently supported him no matter what plus that he had been looking for a way to repay us for everything. My buddy and I told him that he was not obligated to do so, but, he plus his wifey had discussed it plus wanted to do this thing for us. He then proceeded to tell us that a brand new Heating plus A/C system was going to be installed next week plus that my fantastic friend and I would have a state of the art system instead of the one that failed on us all the time. It would save currency on our energy cost too plus my fantastic friend and I could even program it remotely if my fantastic friend and I wanted to. I can’t say that I am so thrilled with all of the high tech features but it will be nice to save on the gas bill plus not worry that the system will split down when my fantastic friend and I need it most.
