Choosing a qualified company for boiler repairs

Choosing a qualified company for boiler repairs

Last winter, when there was a problem with my boiler, I went online and googled boiler repairs, i found a list of Heating and A/C corporations that supply repair in my area; Rather than study patron reviews or check their qualifications, I contacted the first one that caught my attention.

I assumed that all of these companies would be acceptablely qualified to repair my heater.

Because of a unquestionably busy schedule, I was in a rush to get the problem taken care of as suddenly as possible… The company promised to send a serviceman out first thing the following day. I took the day off from toil and hoped I could head into the office after dinner. Instead, I waited around for the serviceman to show up. At noon, I finally called the Heating and A/C corporation and asked where the serviceman was. I was told he was running late. I was already well aware of that… He finally arrived at three o’clock in the afternoon. He tracked dirt across my carpet and messed around with the boiler for twenty minutes. He didn’t tell me what was wrong with it however charged me a hundred dollars. The furnace worked for less than 24 hours before I had the same problem with it, contacting the Heating and A/C company and complaining got me nowhere. I finally went back online and searched for professionals who are NATE-certified, factory authorized and BBB accredited. I study reviews and chose a supplier with a long and distinguished history of patron satisfaction. The serviceman arrived right on time, dressed in a scrub uniform and localed booties over his shoes. He took care of the boiler, explained his finding and gave possibilities for moving forward. It was a much better experience and outcome.
