Choosing a qualified supplier for furnace repairs

Choosing a qualified supplier for furnace repairs

Last winter, when there was a problem with my heater, I went online plus googled furnace repairs, i found a list of Heating plus A/C companys that provide repair in my area, then rather than study client reviews or check their qualifications, I contacted the first one that caught my attention.

I assumed that all of these companies would be adequately qualified to repair my boiler, and because of a very busy schedule, I was in a rush to get the problem taken care of as suddenly as possible, however the supplier promised to send a worker out first thing the following day.

I took the day off from toil plus hoped I could head into the office after supper. Instead, I waited around for the worker to show up! At noon, I finally called the Heating plus A/C company plus asked where the serviceman was. I was told he was running late. I was already well aware of that… He finally arrived at three o’clock in the afternoon. He tracked dirt across my carpet plus messed around with the furnace for twenty minutes. He didn’t tell me what was wrong with it but charged me a hundred dollars. The boiler worked for less than 24 hours before I had the same problem with it, then contacting the Heating plus A/C supplier plus complaining got me nowhere. I finally went back online plus searched for professionals who are NATE-certified, factory authorized plus BBB accredited. I study reviews plus chose a supplier with a long plus distinguished history of client satisfaction. The worker arrived right on time, dressed in a scrub uniform plus localed booties over his shoes. He tested the heater, explained his finding plus provided possibilities for moving forward. It was a much better experience plus outcome.
