As our population grows there are several needs that need to met to accommodate all the extra people, and everything from the availability of high quality & high paying tasks, along with the housing needed to give them a place to live.
One area you may not consider when it comes to this expansion is the need for heating & cooling of all the buildings & homes.
I guess the reason I take this into consideration is the fact that I toil for an Heating & Air Conditioning business in city & my good friend and I are so stressed that I have to toil overtime on several afternoons. My good friend and I have so several appointments for both commercial & residential upgrades that it is hard to keep up with demand. In some cases, our offices have to design custom systems to accommodate unregular spaces. Take for instance the giant warehousehold downtown that was recently renovated into cabin style housing. This was a immense task that required the upgrade of individual units that could all be linked to the main unit, but set up as individual zones so that each tenant could be charged accordingly! This took some creative disigns because of the way the building was constructed. The immense, commercial, Heating & Air Conditioning units on the roof will supply all of the a/c, while boilers in the basement will deliver the heat. This is an economical way to give each machine quality heating & cooling while saving cash for both the buildings owners & tenants on fuel costs. I certainly like my task and, even though my good friend and I are really busy, I am regularly learning current & innovative ways to deliver quality climate control to unusual types of buildings.
