Humidity Can Mean Mold Growth

Humidity Can Mean Mold Growth

I am a real estate agent and I have experienced many homes.

I love my job, being able to see the unusual architecture and design of homes.

I’ve seen beautiful homes and I’ve seen dreadful homes that need fixing up. Earlier this week I was lucky enough to go inside a multi million dollar house. My client’s budget was under 3 million dollars, so my pal and I were touring some of the best homes in the area. I was gleeful since many of my client’s budgets weren’t that high. However just sureterday I saw houses that were the total opposite. The clients that I was dealing with had legitimately little money and you could tell that they weren’t as lucky as my multi million dollar client. The houses that my pal and I went into needed to be fixed up one way or another. The houses were cheap but it met my client’s budget. The one property my pal and I went into was musty. Living in a warmer climate of the country, it was easier for mold and must to grow quickly since the houses my pal and I were looking at had been on the market for years. As my pal and I went into the sunroom I could see signs of mold growing on the walls. I told my buyer that when they buy their house, they should focus on an Heating, Ventilation and A/C system that focuses on humidity control. This is because with older houses, there tends to be a higher mold growth factor. I provided them a few numbers of local Heating, Ventilation and A/C companies in the area and told them to give them a call once they found the property that they wanted.
