I am a born cluts. I can trip over air. I have had stitches in my head three times, and each time it was because I tripped over something or nothing and hit my head on something. I am also inclined to breaking things. I bought a new phone a few months ago, and I bought a very protective case for it as well since I know how clumsy I am. Unfortunately, even with the toughest case I could find, I managed to shatter the screen of my phone. It is things like shattering my phone that I do not understand. Last Monday, I literally broke our thermostat. My husband did not believe me at first when I told him that I broke the thermostat in our living room. He said that there was no way that I did. Sadly, he got home and checked it out just to find that I truly did break the thermostat. I was carrying a small safe under my arm, and I turned around really quickly and banged the thermostat with the safe. It was a metal safe, and I suppose that is why it broke the thermostat. It shattered the little strip of glass on the thermostat as well as dented the entire casing very badly. I tried to see if the thermostat would still adjust, but it would not. The buttons were so dented and messed up that it would not work at all. My husband said that it should not be a big deal to replace it which is great, but I still feel really bad. I think I have the worst luck in the world.
