Before purchasing their home, my parents were truly selective about the Heating and Air Conditioning system already installed in the home. I was truly confused about their decision to purchase this house, so I asked my parents to tell me why they’d picked this home out of all the other ones. They wanted to option out the exact model and start fresh with their heat and air system instead of using one that was already installed. They were able to negotiate the price of the house due to the Heating and Air Conditioning system and update the Heating and Air Conditioning system without going over their budget, once they explained their reasoning, I completely understood why they picked the home that they did.
