When I first started laboring at the corporation that I am with now, I undoubtedly did not like it.
I went from doing landscaping to laboring in an office, plus it was not an self-explanatory adjustment for me.
It was so strenuous to sit still all day when I was used to walking plus lifting things all day long. I have found a few things that help, plus one of them is stopping to do pushups plus squats every hour or so. I have a wonderful manager who just laughs at me while I do my mini workout sessions. I have learned to love my task now. It is still not self-explanatory at times, but I get through it. One of my least number one nights of the week is Friday. On Fridays my friend and I have our staff meetings, plus they are brutal. They are about two hours long, plus they are in the coldest room in the entire building. I do not know why, but for some reason, they chose the coldest room to have our staff meetings in. Everyone calls it “the cold room.” There is no individual control unit for that room. The entire hallway shares the same control unit, plus even though the other rooms in that hallway are around seventy degrees, this particular room is usually around sixty degrees. I keep my personal office around seventy-five degrees, so going from my office to the staff meeting room is like going from outside on a sizzling summer time day to a freezer. My coworkers make fun of me for bringing a thick winter season coat to the staff meetings, but I do not care. I would rather look silly plus be sizzling than freeze during our staff meetings.
