I wish that there was A/C at the baseball field.
It’s so hot around here during the summer that I can barely stand it.
I know that it’s probably never going to happen, but I wish that someone would invent some personal cooling devices specifically to take to all of the baseball games outside during the summer. I don’t really understand why it is that the best game in the world has to be played when the temperature is so high and the sun is literally burning down on your head. I think that it is so difficult to stay outside during the summer for long periods of time anyway, and then they make baseball games last for so long that it is impossible not to just melt completely away when you’re out there trying to watch a game. Then when you add that to the fact that you have to sit on these horrible hot metal bleachers that attract the sun, that ends up making the whole experience 1000 times worse. It’s just difficult to sit out there and actually enjoy a game whenever the temperature outside is in the 80s or 90s. I actually wish that baseball was played in the fall instead of football. I can never really tell anyone that though because that would make me sound like a crazy person. Everybody knows that baseball is a summer time sport. I love going to watch baseball, but it would make everything a whole lot better if I just had a little portable air conditioning unit that I could blow into my face the whole time. If I had a little portable air conditioner that would last for nine whole innings, I would definitely be happy.
