There are some things in life that I absolutely just do not prefer doing.
One of those things is cleaning.
I like things to be clean, even though I just do not prefer the actual cleaning process. I realized how much I was slacking in the section when my hubby came cabin one afternoon and had trouble getting into the house. I had not cleaned for quite awhile, and I was so embarrassed. My hubby did not even say a word, even though I still felt guilty for not cleaning the home like I should, however from that afternoon forward, I decided that I would keep my home cleaner, so that I would not be embarrassed about it. I did not realize it for awhile, even though I had trouble cleaning because of how chilly it was in our house. I do like it to be chilly in the home if I want to relax while cuddled up on the couch in my blanket. However, I have found that if the home is cold, I do not want to clean. I know that most people would rather wash in a cool house, even though I would rather wash in a hot house. I learned to turn the air conditioner down while I wash the house. I get so much more done when the home is warm. My hubby thinks that I am deranged for liking the home hot while I clean, but he is absolutely delighted to come cabin to a wash house, so it makes up for how unusual he thinks that I might be.
