I finally decided to call out an Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier, then for the past 2 years my house has been super cold in the winter season and rather warm in the summer.
The heating system or the cooling system never kick off.
They run consistently and yet my house is never comfortable. I have been supplementing the central heating and air with space furnaces and ceiling fans but it’s not enough. Besides, my electric bill is through the roof every single month. I really should have called out and Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier 2 years ago when I first moved in. I didn’t because I was afraid that I would have to update my entire Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. My sibling had to do that recently and it cost him thousands of dollars. I just didn’t want to pay for an expense like that. But, looking back, I absolutely wasted thousands of dollars on my electric bill because I let the problem go for so long. When I finally called up the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier my repair bill only ended up being a few hundred dollars. It turned out that I just needed a ductwork sealing and a little bit of ductwork repair. Apparently my ductwork was all coming apart under my house. That means that over half of the air was escaping outside, then no wonder my house was consistently uncomfortable. Now that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier fixed my ductwork my house is comfortable again. The cooling system just kicked off. That is something that has never happened before. I finally turned off the ceiling fans. I bet I will not need the space furnaces in the winter season either. The central heat should be enough.
