I finally decided to call out an Heating and Air Conditioning dealer, then for the past 2 years my condo has been super frigid in the winter plus rather moderate in the summer.
The furnace or the a/c never kick off.
They run consistently plus yet my condo is never comfortable. I have been supplementing the central heating plus air with space heaters plus ceiling fans however it’s not enough. Besides, my electric bill is through the roof every single month. I really should have called out plus Heating and Air Conditioning corporation 2 years ago when I first moved in. I didn’t because I was afraid that I would have to update my entire Heating and Air Conditioning system. My brother had to do that recently plus it cost him thousands of dollars. I just didn’t want to spend money for an expense like that. But, looking back, I really wasted thousands of dollars on my electric bill because I let the problem go for so long, when I finally called up the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation my repair bill only ended up being a few hundred dollars. It turned out that I just needed a HVAC duct sealing plus a little bit of HVAC duct repair. Apparently my HVAC duct was all coming apart under my house. That means that over half of the air was escaping outside! No wonder my condo was consistently uncomfortable. Now that the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation fixed my HVAC duct my condo is comfortable again. The a/c just kicked off. That is something that has never happened before. I finally turned off the ceiling fans. I bet I won’t need the space heaters in the winter either. The central heat should be enough.
