Around noon on any given day during the Summer months, you can count on the home being so warm that not even the central cooling system can cool the house, but i feel the main concern is the lack of trees in the yard that provide shade coverage; Most of the time in the locale where I live, there is no rain plus no cloud coverage; The sunlight beats down on the roof all day plus around mid-day, not even the AC can keep the home cool.

It rains a lot plus this easily helps to keep the home cool… When my buddy and I go through dry spouts, there are afternoons that the temperature inside the home reaches up to 90 degrees; Our utilities bill is regularly significantly higher during the Summer months. To say the least, my buddy and I are thrilled when my buddy and I see rain in the forecast during the Summer months. Today it is raining plus I can already tell that the home is much cooler. I feel that next year my buddy and I will end up having to replace the cooling system in our home. The cooling system is older plus it is time to be replaced. When my buddy and I purchased the house, the cooling system was 20 years old. I didn’t know that the cooling system was this outdated when my buddy and I originally purchased the house, however as for the rest of this year, I will keep hoping to see rain in the forecast.
