Around noon on any given day while in the summer time months, you can count on the house being so hot that not even the central cooling system can cool the house, however i know the main complication is the lack of trees in the yard that supply shade coverage, most of the time in the location where I live, there is no rain and no cloud coverage, but the sun beats down on the roof all day and around mid-day, not even the A/C can keep the house cool.
The best part about the summer time months is the rain.
It rains a lot and this absolutely helps to keep the house cool, when my pal and I go through dry spouts, there are afternoons that the temperature inside the house reaches up to 90 degrees, then our utilities bill is always significantly higher while in the summer time months. To say the least, my pal and I are cheerful when my pal and I see rain in the forecast while in the summer time months. Today it is raining and I can already tell that the house is much cooler. I know that next year my pal and I will end up having to replace the cooling system in our home. The cooling system is older and it is time to be replaced. When my pal and I obtained the house, the cooling system was 20 years old. I didn’t know that the cooling system was this aged when my pal and I originally obtained the house, however as for the rest of this year, I will keep hoping to see rain in the forecast.
