We had a neighborhood meeting on Saturday and I finally know where all of our fees are going too, however they are going into the electric bill for the neighborhood hall; It was really chilly in there. The temperature control must have been set to about 55 degrees. I observed that all of the neighborhood officials were dressed up like it was snowing. They must have known it would be chilly. That evening. In fact, I believe they made it chilly chilly on purpose so that my pal and I would stay long with our complaints.
