My friend owns some land that she has started a small farm on, she has a little shed converted into living quarters on the land too and periodically she sleeps there overnight because her real home is over an hour away, the little shed is nice: it has a bed, refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs and wireless.
She also has a little window a/c component to keep it cool in the summer.
The a/c runs even when she is not there, otherwise the little shed heats up like a automobile parked in the sun, however well, the other day there was a giant storm when my friend was not at her farm. There was a lot of wind and rain. The following day, I went out to check on the animals for her despite the fact that I didn’t go into the shed. The next day, she came out and found that the a/c had been pushed into the shed, partially, and that the water that the window component produced had gotten all inside the wall! It had already started to get moldy too. I felt terrible that I had not noticed this when I had gone to the farm. It had looked great from the outside and I could hear the a/c running so I thought nothing was wrong, then now the wall is going to have to be ripped out and the a/c is going to have to be replaced before she can stay in her little cabin away from cabin again. I know I am going to be helping with this.
